Although this is a very small list, I hope it helps, if nothing else to at least get you started.

These are centers and/or teachers that I am most familiar with and each one is in some way connected with my particular lineage of mindfulness training.

There are multiple ways to engage a mindfulness practice and many different forms of meditation. There are other centers located in the Northern Colorado area and countless books that I did not mention and some that I didn't feel comfortable advocating, since I am unfamiliar with their particular style. I encourage you to explore your options.
